Like Pilko3 I'm sitting on the side lines waiting to see if IVZ board and management are serious about quick proper appraisal of this field.

On December 18 (before the latest trading halt) I wrote to a guy I had been talking about IVZ to:

Can we bet on what the next announcement will be? I go with funding with a partner a proper appriasal program (300-500sqkm of 3D seismic, 2 firm flow tested apprialsal wells drilled back to back with options on another 3 apprisal wells at a later date for potential early commercialization).

Having worked in oil and gas all most all my carreer and in exloration for the last 15 years of it I am waiting to see if this latest trading halt is a small capital raise (rince and repeat of the previous ones) or a real exercise in funding future appraisal of the field. Then I can decide if I want to get back on board.

The biggest question the next capital raise will answer is are they the natural owner of this asset.
