When all is said and done the way out is a buyout otherwise the game is up and the journey is long and twisted. How on earth does ivz keep the hope alive when several cap raises are completed each year ad infinitum? IVZ in its current form is simply a great chance for a major t come along and snatch them. Not necesarily on the cheap. 40 cents a share buyout? Increased from my earlier 30 cents lol. Around the $500 million mark...IVZ has to be worth this surely given the stage they are now at. SM stays on after his $30 million in shares is settled so he gets to be part of the development of his baby...on a good salary with bonus shares as well. What happens to his 1% royalty is another story but hey $30 million ain't hay! He gets to help steer the ship to heavy hitter status and we all drift off into the sunset a little older and wiser...an honorable end to what is going to be a long winded more money more money demand.
But having said this there still remains the unknown aspects of this latest CR and the forward plan/strategy. It could just be that they are managing to pull an elephant out of a hat...we wait to see!
