I would preferred if they just did a massive raise and be done with it. Scott keeps mentioning raising in tranches hoping the price will rise and minimise dilution. And maybe if they got to test the full extent of the LA it would of worked but here we are. This approach is now just telegraphing the point in time when we will need to raise again.
hopefully post flow rates it's a problem of the past with alternative funding or even better flow rates the market can't ignore.
