Putin is a tad tied up avoiding assassination and PandaXi is too focused on snatching Taiwan to be bothered with a minnow country such as Zim. He is going to be in real strife with his Sth. China Sea (it is all our historic land) bullshit soon...after all how much does everyone have to bear of this person? Everyone has had enough and they now realize if they don't step in now/soon it will leave large gaps that will be hard to fill later on down the track. Putin and Panda eh?
