They will have lined the lower pressured reservoirs above the planned 6" hole already, so will crank up mud weight to match the overpressured zone without associated breakdown and mud loss in above zones.
As well, if it all goes wrong they just drill to TD, perforate and flow ... wireline not the main game, and a deteriorating Lower Angwa 6" hole wont stop a successful flow
