The reason Scott hasn’t included shareholders in recent capital raising’s is because IVZ’s funding needs have been so poorly planned, the funds have been required within days, not the weeks that would be required under a spp or ri. That is on Scott and the CFO. They’ve done a xxxx job planning most things so far. Execution hasn’t been much better.
