Ideally, the acquisition would be an all-paper transaction, or a sensible (and one'd hope, modest) mix of cash and script. That would demonstrate good faith and confidence in its products by the vendor.

And from PIL's side, I guess the acquisition of the IP of an Artificial intelligence (AI) and Customer Experience (CX) business that may already be integrated into the works and demonstrating its value to the Company, makes a lot of sense.


Anyway, it's all speculation for now. Let's see what's forthcoming - hopefully before the end of the day.
