I have a small holding. Can someone please explain what this is. If they are delisting from the ASX with AUD9.5 million in hand shouldn't they be buying the shares off the shareholders. If not I believe the shareholders would be able to take legal action against this company. There will be shareholders with large positions and they will not let these guys get away with daylight robbery.
