So what are the options?

1. RIO acquires CZR
2. RIO agrees to royalty payment to mine 100% of mesa f
3. Minres to jv or acquire CZR (has potential to kick off bidding war with rio)
4. Minres just lost out to Gina and SQM for AZS and is moving quickly (during off season ) to take position.
5. CZR to ann early decision to mine with MC funding buy out of 48% not already owned to take company private. Eliminates need for FID and further delays.
6. CZR sign off take agreement with asian steel company to kick off decision to mine and early completion of FID.

I am sure there are many other options, i just list a few.

SP range estimates will varying substantially depending which option is in play but i agree the valuation minimum price at 34mt × $20 = $68m or say 30c. That to me is starting point for any valuations.
