The TH specifically says corporate transaction of Robe Mesa. Not the company. I assume this to mean there is not an offer coming for our shares, but for the project only (and possibly SRK & the Port project). If so, this will most likely mean very good funding to push ahead with the gold project....and maybe a nice upcoming dividend at some point. Thoughts?
