Not sure what the acceptable sale price will be, but it will likely represent a loss for the long term holders who bought in at 20c. I was one of those but took the punt that a sale would eventually occur and have been buying since it dropped below 7.6c to get my average down. 12c will see me get a slight profit, anything less and I will have to mark this up as a loss.

I think there may have been some deliberate selling down leading up to this offer, it had the desired effect in driving off many of the hard core belivers and will make a low ball offer look much better. My guess is low to mid teens....Management were buying up after the Montney sale at 9c, they saw that as a good price and they new what the previous offer price was.

80m is around 13c which is where the performance rights kick in so it has to be that or higher. I'll take a stab in the dark and say 15c
