    My basic research suggests that they are following CXOs footsteps.

    If this is the case, long term SP will benefit but short-term will suffer till lithium rebounds.

    If there are a plethora of projects in place as it seems then this is a good decision by management. I might take a position after the SP drops if this is the case.
