BobbyKennedy - that may not be a bad thing as long as they can keep the mine running. It is a terrible time at the moment for renegotiating anything. At the AGM Tony said he needed another six months to get the mine operating to its full potential. They are still developing their understanding of the orebody. After all the work in building the mine, let's hope they can work through this without giving it away.
