you never know with CR. don't forget this is a junior it's hard to raise money. just because retail pumps it to a certain price, it doesn't mean the sophisticated investors will share the same sentiment.
I think they would have hoped for between 0.08 to 0.1 at the start of the acquisition. it doesn't mean this won't be dilutive, but sure beats raising when the SP was 0.02 only a few weeks ago. I call this a massive win.
