I think it is more probable, and still not a bad price. If MTM had it their way they would have waited a couple more days for a higher vwap. the underwriters and con note issuers prob. put pressure on them to raise now, strike while it's hot.
I'm guessing another 40m to 50m will be issued which is an additional ~50% to the free float giving it diluted MC of 30m at 11.5. or about 16m.
the con note holders will off load for sure at its 40% to 50% to closing price. so I'm sure you will get a better entry.
