to be honest, you appear to be either extremely naïve or very new to the markets. This is a micro cap that didn't need to raise just yet who are doing it most likely for friends. It isnt about maximising the value of the company, reducing risk... or most certainly a soph knocking the door down. Just a case of the ceo winning friends for his own benefit later... but diluting all of you unnecessarily and at a terrible price. Get used to it at this end of town... and sell a stock when mgmt prove to be self serving and invest in companies where the mgmt make the right decisions for the holders. This aint it.
