BUY is at a 6 month + high and BPH is at a yearly high....It sure doesn't take half a brain to see which direction this is going in until news hits. Traders know that plenty of retail holder panic over miniscule SP movements and this is exactly the crowd which the traders have been fleecing the past month as the price has steadily gone up. Depending on the scale of the CR, I could see BUY going up very quickly post raising just to keep up with BPH and with the threat of CR now being over.
