I've been mulling over this "loads of skin the game" point. Sometimes mgmt have structured their own employment contracts so that they receive large amounts of free shares & options, in addition to their big fat salaries. Thus, it all depends on whether the "skin in the game" has been acquired on market, or for free. This is not a point specific to WA1, more of a general observation about all listed companies.
I've been mulling over this "loads of skin the game" point....
