If it is negative news I will be on the phone and email to ASIC daily until it is looked into. For whatever reason this type of predatory behavior is just accepted on the ASX.
There are protections in the trade practices act for consumers in so many areas from this type of behavior yet for some reason we tolerate it as par for the course in equity trading. This will be the 4th or 5th time I have been stung by it in the last 18 months and I have had a gut full. Who would have thought there would be more integrity in horse racing than on one of the worlds leading stock exchanges.
