Let’s just see what the raise looks like. With market sentiment you would hope it’s not discounted too heavily. PEN just raised at 7.5 and share price is 13 cents. If it guarantees us financial security through to funding I’m all for it. Hopefully an institutional investment with attractive retail opportunity built in.
