That'd be my guess as well.
It's a $5m facility for a $10m company.
Either EECP pulled the facility or NRZ realised it's not feasible to execute the placement.
And if it's NRZ, then they knew before the 5B was released...
Anyway, without the $5m facility they'd have way less than 2 quarters of funding.
And alot of explaining to do.
