Yeah but its not a cap raise, its a cornerstone investor/partner taking a 10% stake before rolling out Spenda across its network.
There is a big difference between a cap raise to traders who will then flog off their shares on market to an invester buying at a premium to the shareprice that has no intention of selling and more than likely will increase their position.
Yes it comes with dillution, but also means the company is fully cashed up with ample cash to take us to the point of serious revenue beginning to flow.
