I humbly disagree - for all intents and purposes it IS a cap raise. Did SPX need money? How can they get it? the result is exactly the same! I get the push back but I see it for what it is - how is it different? It is great it is NOT from some dodgy lender and so I expect stickiness (Is that a word?)

I appreciate you are willing to actually discuss/engage

I never said it was a negative to the company - I believe it is damaging to retail holders, unless the SP (MC) can increase substantially and that can only happen with CF+ and ARR is holding and increasing. But from my perspective with the amount of SOI the price will be pretty subdued even if it is coming up slowly, ANY negatives will drop it faster than any slow rise

Why? the dilution is something that can only be overcome by buying 'at market' at 10% or more below the price (If it is at the stated amount .017)

Performance - 4c's will tell the story more eloquently than I can

Sorry for my 'disgusting' username. LOL, might it help if I said I was in the ruck?

Cheers, and I really mean GLTAH (Do I relly need to spell that one out?)

Ballsup - by name and by nature
