Probably good idea to see the actual terms of the agreement before coming to any real conclusion
I guess there will be some kind of fee split between the parties and Capricorn may be afforded fee free transactions and only pay licence fees and $100k month as per the latest marketing grab re possible income from the Capricorn agreement
As for onboarding their members that's hard to gauge at this point as to the takeup rate but we'll see
