IMO ...15 January BNL announcement say it all ,the trading halt is within the scheduled drilling program
of testing flow rates, pressures, Helium grade and wire logging.
The concrete casing they have installed should eliminate any water issues , so I don't believe the announcement is about water entering the bore.
We are all on the BNL Beautiful Ship Together , moving though some rough swells , but I believe we are in good hands.
