    They should be announcing why the meeting was delayed. This is not what is already known and in the public domain. The delay was to stack ducks. That is not being voted on. Only the merger and extension is being voted on. Any extra funding etc should be announced and most likely will be announced either tonight or tomorrow night in the US and Wed morning here. There is enough breadcrumbs to say extra finance is coming, and there has been time to confirm any commitments so spill the beans.
