With regard to BMW, it's fair to ask why such a rich company that wants to take this stuff off its hands doesn't contribute more financially.

As a major investor, you should be asking yourself all these questions

& you better get your brains.. so much negative rant is not healthy for you.. where does it say in the announcement that they havent found any financial partner, they saying they are evaluating potential investment from certain parties.. they already have 125m USD from GEM when the business combination is agreed upon.. get a life dude.. seriously..
