Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn't it be in the company's best interests to support existing shareholders by not scaling back the SPP.
$1.5M seems ridiculously small.
GLN gets more $ right now v paying interest on debt funding, and shareholders are less disgruntled if they get a full entitlement, meaning SP support and quicker return to uptrend?
Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn't it be in the company's best...
