Don't worry, management get $1.5m allocation too! Oh wait, that only supports some existing shareholdersAs a few others have said, the SP will almost certainly get down to $0.46 anyway, just how it is, so if you really want to buy up then you'll get your opportunity.
Hope it doesn't drag on and suppress the SP for too long, would have been nice to get a Glencore ann at the same time but sounds like timing might be off.
