Its right. I got the same from my broker.
Its described as funding for GLN’s equity portion for phase 1 as well as working capital. Also hints that they’re looking at debt options for funding the remainder of their portion of phase 1 with additional DD happening.
My personal thoughts are they wouldn’t be doing this if the Glencore DD wasn’t going well (they’d probably be raising more!). The info pack certainly talks about the deal with confidence.
