I'm a big shareholder and haven't been selling. I have to say though, the foolishness of the board and management team here beggars belief.
Doing an SPP and leaving it open for 6 weeks ensures that the share price stays at or below the SPP issue price for 6 weeks, or more likely, it will get sold below the SPP, thus ensuring that the SPP does not complete. Once the SPP does not complete, we are left with the stigma of the last 12 months - still needing to raise capital, and and even lower share price.
