Holding it for an unconfirmed phase 3-4 when we need cash now and about to get diluted.

Would rather we sell that, even at a fire sale would have been $50m+ and if we'd sold it 18 months ago when we pivoted to HMW could have been $100m+.

Agree with Resource Eagle, JP gotta go. Enjoy your equity, you've earned it to this point, but step away and let someone who has done this before take the reins and retire off divvies once we are in production.

Also note they've handed themselves a nice $1.5m parcel to buy. No one else could buy that much on market and if they've got the cash, why haven't they been propping up the SP. Could have bought $1.5m over the past months th and we'd be over $0.60 raising in the 50s instead.
