As The Analyst007 has stated Cap raise would definitely have been mentioned in the ann. $10mil was raised in November and secured 7.5mil. corporate financing at end of Dec. Hank has stated he didn't want unnecessary dilution. Not a cap raise but will more likely the Fairmont report which Hank said would be released in Jan.
