IMHO it probably is prudent to get the CR done now and have a clear runway through the winter drilling program (and/or contract more rigs perhaps?). They could also quickly push the button in Q2 on drilling North Millennium & Marshall with cash in bank. Invariably there will be little/sporadic news flow through the drill program and as we've seen the SP can drift south in that situation. This puts a good floor on the SP and there's no looming CR overhang which may deter some investors.
