They were always going to need capital, this manipulation before the raising though, somewhat unethical.
there's little chance they can raise the capital for the mine by issuing shares.
that's why they switched CEOs from an old rock licker to suit.
Its going to be a joint venture. Someone else will mine it and get a % of gross production or a share in the project.
which is why all the drilling. Who ever agrees is going to want to make damn sure they're getting their money back.
Im expecting this to be announced in September.
but the company owes shareholders an explanation. Because the feasibility study is now due when first 1/4 production was previously said to be expected. Who's going to give them a call?
