I understand that perspective, however would counter that if BCT cannot convince sophisticated or institutional to invest at bargain bottom prices, retail should go nowhere near it... there wouldn't be many instances (if any) where retail investors kept a corporate corpse alive long enough for it to survive and pay them back - let alone return a profit.

Anyway, will wait and see - if a SPP is supported by a larger amount from elsewhere - and if it is accompanied with sufficient detail and assurances that we're not already in a death spiral, I MIGHT consider participating... and it will also depend on if Iain and Co are putting their own money where their mouth is.
