Unfortunately he could yet emerge victorious and accumulate enough of a stake together with his associates and not declare substantial holder notices until the last minute.
Launch a takeover at an opportunistic price and then let directors try and tell shareholders who watch the share price just go down and down that it’s not a fair offer.
Time to really step up Idan otherwise you could be outplayed here.
