I'll take box number 3 thanks.
The policies of some large organisations state that when entering into long term purchase agreements with a third party provider, they must have a certain amount of liquidity and working capital to be an approved conttracted supplier. They don't want to sign on the dotted line and find their new provider for whatever is then in financial strife 2 months down the track. Not a good look for their D/D.
It would be nice if this were the case and I live in hope. If indeed the CR is fully subscibed already as XFiles alluded to, then we should expect much detail from Idan come Monday evening and stop us all from jumping at shadows.
