Yea, if I was judge hearing the case, I’d ask “why haven’t you put up your hand earlier to make a claim, it’s been producing gold for 10years”?
The Answer: Because we didn’t believe we satisfied the terms & conditions of the royalty, but after 20years plus since the sale agreement… we can see so much clearer now… wow
