REQUEST FOR TRADING HALTPursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR) (the Company) hereby requests atrading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective from 2 February 2024in respect of its securities.The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in connection with an update on theNASDAQ merger transaction, the timing of the special meeting of Sizzle shareholders and anupdate on the potential investments from strategic parties.The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencementof normal trading on Tuesday, 6 February 2024 or until the release of an announcement in respectof the above matter.There is no other information necessary to inform the market about and the Company is not awareof any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.Should you have any queries regarding the above request please do not hesitate to contact theundersigned.Thank you for your assistance.
