What surprises me was the lack of volume.
Does anyone know if Jimmie owns the offices that we tenant in that one building on Stanley Street? Do you think that will cause dramas? I mean can they stop him from entering the building if he owns it? If CI1 is on the lease then they should be able to buy will they? Will they have security on the door? Is Eva Wong still there or has she left? So many questions but obviously they're still working everything out.
