    assuming that both underwriters are closely related parties... has any body crunched the numbers on how much shortfall would be required for those two underwriting parties to control 90% and possibly trigger privatization?

    from the talk here it is probable that small shareholders with say ten to one hundred thousand dollars worth of shares are not going to come up with twenty to two hundred thousand dollars required to maintain their percentage of the company, so at the moment if non aligned shares hold say 40%, that could easily drop below 10% if none of them takes up their entitlement.

    it looks as if rwd is bending over backwards to alow minority shareholders time to participate, but in practice they may be sowing seeds of doubt and discouraging participation.

    who among us is not a "control freak"? who is happy reading day after day about themselves in social media, most of the time with illinformed people making assumptions about their private agendas, no one is public as a first choice, i'm sure public attention is good for the ego up to a point, but after twenty odd years of it they may be pissed of and just want to go private.
