from the talk here it is probable that small shareholders with say ten to one hundred thousand dollars worth of shares are not going to come up with twenty to two hundred thousand dollars required to maintain their percentage of the company, so at the moment if non aligned shares hold say 40%, that could easily drop below 10% if none of them takes up their entitlement.

it looks as if rwd is bending over backwards to alow minority shareholders time to participate, but in practice they may be sowing seeds of doubt and discouraging participation.

who among us is not a "control freak"? who is happy reading day after day about themselves in social media, most of the time with illinformed people making assumptions about their private agendas, no one is public as a first choice, i'm sure public attention is good for the ego up to a point, but after twenty odd years of it they may be pissed of and just want to go private.

Hi ,
The capital raising and share placements are for a stated purpose , and the general meeting passed resolutions to enable them.
Michael Ruane had share purchase limits placed on him by the prospectus ?

So , I am not sure he can increase that without another meeting .

Doubt the other underwriter is up for it .

Hopefully , another buyer steps up.
Be pleasant if they manage to sort it out over the weekend.
Find out tomorrow morning before 7am wst .
