Wow, anyone have a guess what this is about? Last day of entitlement take up is today.
2 options I see:
They are either announcing they have raised all the capital and it's a go or some condition of the offer has been breached so the deal is off.
If it was to do with a major investment or take over offer, I would have thought the announcement would have mentioned that.
