Just another perspective - you would not have wanted that trading update without the acquisition announcement. I do agree with you on Kanji's involvement - it was in many ways telegraphed - all too coincidental. Next 12 mos will reveal how this works. With the one-off restructuring costs eliminated and forecast breakeven of the managed services division we should see a profit of sorts - magnitude will be interesting.
