It was telegraphed in the 2023 AGM presentation that they were in due diligence with a potential acquisition so this should not come as a surprise. I do have some concerns about where the funds will come from and whether we are about to suffer considerable dilution. The IT industry is consolidating so it is becoming difficult to grow organically successfully and not be swallowed in the process by somebody else looking to expand their customer base. I am hoping that Kanji's presence on the board contains the solution to the funding or in fact forms part of it. All seems too coincidental. Anyway I guess it amounts to excitement compared with what has been happening over the last few years.
