Serious investors would be more likely to vote him out if he and the Board were so incompetent as to NOT instigate a capital raise as a matter of priority following release of the Quarterly which showed low cash reserves. The Board is doing exactly the right thing for the company here, and OB will have no doubt already received enough votes to continue. It's positive to see a pro-active approach rather than stalling until after the EGM.
