Underwriting could well be the case. I would see such a manoeuvre as a committed endorsement from OB, or whoever were to take on such a financial responsibility.
Not sure how one can have their 'snout in the trough' and at the same time supply a personal multi million dollar guarantee?
Any person or entity willing to underwrite a capital raising deserves to sit on the Board uninhibited by a rogue disgruntled conglomerate of already very wealthy people with a $30,000 combined investment in the company.
The upcoming meeting is a mere formality, the board already know OB has enough support IMHO.
