My money is on them getting it right second time around with the immense benefit of hindsight. It's disruptive tech after all, for which there is no playbook.
I'm guessing the trading halt today was necessary, perhaps slightly earlier than anticipated, due to share price rising on inside knowledge of the capital raising format. I'm taking this as a positive sign that the terms are favourable.
