    It’s a good thing a TH atm, smart move DB, he probably just came up with this action this morning knowing full well what’s going to can out this week in the political sphere in the ST in regard to Pep11, DB is well ahead of the game here, what a space to possibly do a cap raise in, a Pep11 approval $$$$$&
